Molen Oosterland
Discover the beautiful Molen Oosterland, built in 1752 to replace an older mill, located on Molenweg. This historic corn mill is currently managed by the Heerlijkheden Oosterland Foundation, but in the past it has always been owned by local families in the village. Although the mill is no longer used daily, it is occasionally put into operation by the miller.
If you want to visit the mill yourself, you are welcome at times when the mill is running, the flag is flying, or by appointment. Plan your visit during the Regional or National Mill Day and combine your trip with a visit to other mills on the island.
