Expositie: Kunst is als een vierkant zonder hoeken
Under the title 'Art is like a square without corners,' the Stadhuismuseum Zierikzee is showcasing, for the first time, works by the artist Cees Post (1942), born in Zierikzee. Post, trained as a gold- and silversmith at the Vakschool in Schoonhoven, also took evening drawing classes at the Haagse Vrije Academie. His graphic-constructive artworks are meticulously crafted pieces that connect art to the craft. The square serves as his mental framework, and Cees Post is far from done exploring this form. The exhibition is open until June 30, 2024, at the Stadhuismuseum Zierikzee, Meelstraat 8, 4301 EC Zierikzee.
