Strand Watergat

Be careful, however, if you are between the beach entrances Duinhoevepad and Wilhelminahoeve in Renesse, as there is a dangerous sandbar called Verklikkerplaat when the tide rises. Although this sandbar makes contact with the beach during low tide and you can walk towards it, the rising water can surprise and endanger people. In the past, even rescue teams had to intervene. So always be cautious and keep a close eye on the conditions.
