Strand Wilhelminahoeve

The Wilhelminahoeve beach is located on the coast of Schouwen near the cozy seaside resort of Renesse. This beach not only offers breathtaking views of the North Sea, but also a beach pavilion where you can enjoy a bite and a drink.

With 17 kilometers of beaches, Renesse offers all the amenities for a successful beach vacation. Wilhelminahoeve beach is part of this and is even known as the place where seals are released from the A Seal seal sanctuary.

However, please note that between the beach entrances of Duinhoevepad and Wilhelminahoeve is the Verklikkerplaat, which can be dangerous during high tide. Although it is possible to walk to the plate during low tide, the rising water can be treacherous. Make sure you are always well informed about the tides and keep an eye on the warnings from the lifeguards.
