To ensure a peaceful and high-quality experience, we limit the number of participants.
Therefore, advance reservations are required.
Doors open: from 7:00 PM – starts at 7:30 PM
Duration: approximately 1 hour
Fee: €30.00 per person

What should you bring for optimal comfort?
- A sleeping bag and/or thick yoga mat for a comfortable surface
Warm socks and a fleece blanket, as your body temperature may drop
Optionally, a pillow for extra support for your head or neck
