Liberation route Europe | Water en Vuur de Maire
At the entrance to the De Maire nature reserve once stood the gate posts to the Het Herenhof manor. This manor was bombed on January 4, 1945, and was never rebuilt. The remains serve as a reminder of the devastation the war caused in the region. The nature reserve is not freely accessible.
