The Sibil•la Ensemble brings medieval music to life with a program that unites sacred and secular traditions. With refined interpretations of music from the 11th to the 15th century, the ensemble creates a unique atmosphere in which each piece tells a story.
With a line-up of authentic historical instruments – such as the vielle, Gothic harp, organetto, hurdy-gurdy, and recorder – and impressive vocal virtuosity, the ensemble creates an enchanting experience that captivates both lovers of ancient sounds and new listeners alike. Known from international festivals and with the 2024 release of their album Viriditas, which garnered rave reviews, Sibil•la uniquely combines art and research.
