About Marien Stouten
Marien Stouten is a passionate organist with an impressive career. He started taking organ lessons at the age of seven and later studied at the conservatory of Ghent. Since 2009, he has been the organist of the Grote of Sint-Nicolaaskerk and has worked hard for the preservation of the monumental organ from 1557. As a conductor and recording technician, he has also proven himself in numerous other musical fields. His versatility makes him a respected organist in Zeeland.
Bach on Sunday
The concert is part of the beloved event "Bach on Sunday," where every Sunday in the summer the work of the great composer Johann Sebastian Bach takes center stage. This is a unique opportunity to experience the timeless music of Bach in an atmospheric and historical setting.
Admission is free, but a voluntary contribution is appreciated.
